About Techne Praxis

Techne Praxis is a boutique hybrid advisory/management and technical consultancy, committed to driving meaningful change.

Our name comes from Ancient Greek philosophy; 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐞 meaning art, skill, craft, and practical knowledge, while 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐬 refers to the application of that knowledge in real-world contexts. Together, these principles reflect how we work: combining insight, technical capability, and applied practice to help empower organisations and individuals, deliver transformational performance with purpose and integrity.

Techne Praxis was formed in 2024 to acquire Buro Happold Indonesia and provide additional focus. We have been inspired by Ted Happold, the founder of Buro Happold, who believed that all work should deliver social value. We supplement this with our own values and pledge.
